When I go into a bank I see many video cameras recording me and other people.
Now what would happen if I started to record the video cameras spying on me with my own video camera?
Or, the government in various ways spys on me with a
variety of required legal documents. But where are the rights of
myself, you, and others as to honesty in government?
To trust those that can not be trusted, is NOT wise!
Why do court rooms have just ONE COURT REPORTER? Do
you think TWO COURT REPORTERS would record the same information? Do you
think there would be differences, sometimes very serious differences,
in the transcriptions?
And how often does the judge edit the
transcriptions of court reporters? From my experience, often. You
see I was a court reporter for a short period of time. So I know.
At an accident, the first person to talk with a
police officer prejudices the officer in his/her favour. Have you
noticed?
And how many police officers will and have perjured
themselves on the witness stand? Many police offices, one on one, have
told me they have and will perjure themselves!
And how many police officers need to take
intelligent tests to see what they are using for brains? I have seen
too many police officers do things which suggest they where a bit short
in the brain capacity.
And on the subject of DNA, sooner or later there
must be laws that require DNA from ALL public servants including
all police, military, prison guards, law makers, public servants,
judges, lawyers, etc. And the same DNA must also be available on giant
data bases that can be searched for matching DNA re evidence left at
crime scenes!
One daughter of a police office told me that her
father violated the law many times in his police work! How many times
is that repeated? I have observed police officers violating the law.
Have you?
There is a standing joke on how to tell if a lawyer
is telling a lie. Watch to see if his/her lips move! Even at court room
trials lawyers try to throw as much "mud" as they can at the opposition
and hope some of it will stick!
And maybe all the mercenaries in court room trials
should take the same reward or punishment of the defendants and
plaintiffs? Like fines and prison terms. After all in war on the battlefield, the mercenaires can live or die.
And maybe make it a part of the law that when a
criminal is fined or sent to jail for a crime against a person or
property... the same criminal also must make financial restitutions to
the victim(s). Never you mind insurance companies, but direct
restitution from the criminal!
Most people, strangers, that I chat with tell me that the law is corrupt! What do you think?
And when accusations are made against the police,
politicians, government workers... I surmise there is some truth in
such accusations regardless of the denials of the police, politicians
and government workers! What say you?
Again and again in the news I perceive that
government in its various forms is striving to take away the rights of
the people and work towards a more totalitarian type of government.
Rights are eroded slowly but gradually. Take time to notice.
I have been told by various women how the laws are
trying to kill them through starvation by serious violations of their
rights under the law!
Have you ever heard of the Boston Tea Party in the
U.S.A.? It was the result of excess taxes by the British Government.
And I am told by the lawyer-author who wrote a
history of taxation of the world that all revolutions are a result
of excess taxation!
And in case you did not already know. there are some
people that will say and do anything to achieve their objectives
regardless of the consequences. Best you learn how to discern such
people. As for myself I get this strange feeling of distrust of the
other person at times. And I have found the feeling to be valid.
And when a person tells me they are honest and
trustworthy... I do not believe them! Why? Because the way I was raised
to be honest and trustworthy, I assume others are too. But when they
say they are... the warning signs manifest in my mind. And they are
usually true. So please discern.
When I ask someone walking their dog if they will
sell their dog to me for five dollars ($5.00)... they say no. I have
asked that question of hundreds of dog owners. In fact I have met over
a dozen people who will not sell their dog, their friend, for a million
dollars! Very often a dog is a valued member of the human family.
One day I saw a small black haired dog growl at a
closed door from inside a place of business. About ten seconds later a
man walked by, and I said to the dog: "I would growl also." How did
that dog know? But the dog knew.
And so take a lesson from other life forms, and learn to discern when the other person is NOT honest.
