USEFUL INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS

Consider
LECITHIN capsules available from Shoppers Drug Stores. Consider taking
one at bedtime, and the other when getting up for your day. Why? They
help your memory. When I first started to take LECITHIN, I would
remember things I had forgotten years ago. And memory is important to
students who are learning.
Consider carrying with you a fresh orange or
similar fruit. Why? The Vitamin C in the fresh juice helps prevent
fatigue for about three hours. And when you are learning, you do not
need to fatigue out. Okay?
And if you have a slow cooker sometimes called a
Crock Pot... consider this. Put a few inches of water in the slow
cooker at night turned on low. And then into that water put a large
coffee mug with
water plus 2 tablespoons of milllet. In the morning you will have the
millet cooked ready to eat. And if you like add some honey, or brown
sugar, or raisons to improve the taste. Why? Millet is supposed
be a perfect food, and makes a perfect meal. Do a search on your
internet on Google to find out for yourself.
Do an internet search on sprouting grains suitable
for human consumption. I am talking about sprouting a small amount of
various seeds in glasses in your kitchen cupboard. So learn about how
to sprout. Why? Because within three days of sprouting, those spouted
seeds are loaded with fresh vitamins and minerals! And they are
economical too.
Consider taking GINGSENG tea every day. Helps your
body functions.
Check out the biorhythms. You can know you accidnt
prone days. And you can determine is there are knock out factors in any
potential relations between you and the opposite sex.
The most important thing you own is your soul. So
please invest in it every day with prayer and meditation. For me prayer
is when we speak to GOD in thought. And meditation is when we spend 15
minutes a day clearing our mind so that we may make direct contact with
the GOD of all gods. We want to assure that when it is time for our
body to go to dust, that our spirit goes to spirit.
Strive for proper sleep as sleep is a healer. Also
strive for proper nutrition. Reduce stress. Avoid alcohol and hard
drugs. And avoid people who use alcohol and hard drugs. Alcohol and
hard drugs ruins many lives. Please... not your life.
