JUSTICE or RETRIBUTION?

Do I question the impartiality and fairness of
Judges? Yes I do.
If ever you are in court, remember this: you are NOT
only up against
the plaintiff or the defendant, but also a third party called the Judge
representing all the good and bad in the legal system.
And if you think JUSTICE under GOD will prevail, you
are wrong.
Whoever loses will get RETRIBUTION! That will be a fine, jail,
or whatever the Judge, right or wrong, decides.
Judges are ignorant of the law many times. And thus
in their ignorance make decisions, laws, out of their own prejudice
called legal opinion.
And if you can afford to appeal, you are up against
the conspiracy in the legal systems in that Judges protect Judges.
Ouch.
A lawyer told me one day that the government could
not afford to lose some lawsuits. And as a result would do anything to
win. Even change laws retroactively! Plus withholding of evidence,
lies under oath, and so on. However I recommend that you do not lie
under oath.
One day I told the Judge that I withdraw my oath.
The Judge asked why? I told the Judge that my oath was to the tell the
truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. And that the
opposing lawyer kept interrupting me! The Judge then told that lawyer
to let me speak. And I did. And I won!
I recommend that you do your own research into
the written law as many lawyers just want the money be you win or lose!
And one way they make you lose is cost you time and money to the point
you can not continue because you are without funds because the legal
nonsense!
I have made a point to go into Courts of Law to
research JUSTICE by observing the trials. And I was astonished to find
that JUSTICE does not
exist in Courts of Law. The influence of the opinions of the
defendants, plaintiffs, Judges, lawyers, public opinion, interpretation
of written law, etc. can rule against common sense and right and wrong.
So be aware.
A lawyer told me that he found at times that
decisions he should have won, he lost. And decisions he should have
lost, he won. Figure that!
Essential facts that would influence legal
decisions are often not available at trial. And often the Judge will go
ahead at the risk of corruption of JUSTICE!
And truthful verbal testimony a Judge may not accept
out of prejudice. But verbal testimony of the adversary the Judge
accepts. Why is that?
Prisons are crime schools. And when a Judge sends a
person to prison, the Judge is using RETRIBUTION in that the prisoner
when released will lead a life of crime. And again be caught and
sentenced. It can be an endless cycle. And woe to the Judges and
lawyers and whoever allows JUSTICE under GOD to be corrupted! There is
karma and reincarnation you know!
Some rare prisons have very low repeat rates because
they train prisoners in legal employable job skills. But crime is very
profitable to the lawyers, judges, police, and all associated with the
criminal systems, that the attitude seems to be: why prevent crime? We
need to be employed.
You do not have to believe as I believe.
However be wise and consider the other subjects on
