Many lawyers are NOT ignorant of the law, they just ignore the law!
Many government workers, i.e. lawyers, judges,
police, etc. make their own laws as they go!
Some judges after oral arguments by the plaintiff,
ask if the defendant has any questions? Being overwhelmed, the
defendant does not cover all the bases. And the judge, IN ERROR, makes
a decision that the defendant AGREES with all that the plaintiff
claims, and that is NOT so! Maybe best to get a written reply to
examine. To say because you do not argue, does NOT mean you agree!
Often the judge does not speak up, and people in the
courtroom can NOT hear what is said.
And most often a copy of the law that applies is NOT
posted on the court room walls NOR outside the courtroom for all to
read.
And the prejudice of the judges shows through in
their decisions. Just how do you get the Charter of Rights to apply in
such cases?
And just because you do not have a witness that the
judge can question, does the judge think you are telling lies because a
necessary witness is not present?
I have been in a court of law, and spirit spoke to
me in thought, telepathically: "This is a court of hell!" You know
what, just look around and you would agree.
And ten you have a panel of judges on the Supreme
Court of Canada. And several agree, and several disagree, and one that
gives the majority makes the decision that effects all of the people in
Canada? Justice? NO!
Some judges have altered their decisions in this
manner: Guilty, Not Guilty, Guilty, Not Guilty and in like manner for
all the cases. Justice? NO!
One defendant told the judge: "Why should I plead
not guilty? You are going to find me guilty anyway based on your
decisions so far. You know, guilty, not guilty, and so on."
And some judges have altered the recordings of a
court reporter!
Some judges have thrown the book at all defendants.
But after publicity, the same judge practically found leniency for all
defendants. Justice? NO!
Some judges do not allow the defendant to reply the
the written complaint of the plaintiff. But instead deal only with the
subsequent oral complaint, to which the defendant does not have
sufficient time to reply. Justice? NO!
Sometimes judges are French in an English court and
show prejudice against defendants because of various combinations in
the Charter of Rights. Have you noticed? Where is the effective
defense? Choose the judge? Good luck.
Some judge shave stopped people from exiting a court
room till all the cases have been herd. Best that the person or persons
that were denied exit never come before that particular judge or else!
Notice how a policeman is prejudiced in favour of
the first one he/she talks to in an automobile accident? Justice? NO!
And have you noticed how a judge in a court of law
is influenced by the number of people present on the side of the
defendant?
Have you noticed how a judge will not allow evidence
that over turns the claims of the plaintiffs?
And some judges seem to believe, if you are charged,
you are obviously guilty.
And how some laws are crimes against the
people. Take for instance the laws that protect young offenders?
And notice too how the best cure is prevention, but
the legal system seems to believe that punishment is a cure? Whereas
prisons are crime schools. Have you noticed?
And then there are power blocks within the legal
system. And also the medical profession. They do things to prolong the
expense and hardship of the defendants, clients, etc. They use
techniques, and new laws, to provide work for other friends in the
legal profession. Have you noticed? YES!
Seems that the faster you can talk in a court of
law, lawyers especially, the greater the odds of you winning.
Also if the opposition throws as much nonsense as
possible against the defendant, the judge starts to believe some of it
might be true. Rather than holding the false accusations against the
plaintiff with jail times, fines, etc?
Notice how some lawyers that are developers,
landlords, etc. use and corrupt the law for their financial gain? Even
file false accounting statements? And even when such false statements
are brought to the attention of legal authority, nothing is done? Why
is that? One branch protecting the other? YES!
If the average household conducted its affairs in
the same manner as the government does, very soon the household owner
would be out on the streets in poverty.
Some have claimed if you have enough money and
lawyers, you can do almost anything!
I have watched defendants going to the slaughter in
a judge's office until I pointed out he provisions of the landlord and
tenant act for their protection.
And I have seen at a public meeting (2000 people)
that over 98% of the people said that their landlord's were violating a
given section of the Landlord & Tenant Act.
The government is fair? NONSENSE!
You have rights under the law? NONSENSE.
I you do not know the law that applies, it is the
same as not having those rights under the law.
Lawyers would prefer you NOT know about the Rules
and Regulations of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
"Believe as I do, or pay tribute to me, or die!"
Even some nations play that game.
The statistical spread of intelligence, grades,
achievements varies greatly. Applies to lawyers, judges, doctor and all
professions. Some are beyond genius. Some are below moron.
And the insidious influence of those in government
that influence the legal systems, do so at your disadvantage.
And watch out for legal propaganda. Many have been
raised to be honest persons. And in errors they believe all others are
honest too. That is a very BIG LIE! And if you believe that government
is honest... you are a moron.
When I tell people that the law is corrupt... a
common response is: "Everybody knows that!" The exceptions seem to be
those who profit from the legal profession. Please note.
A common attitude at times is if all lawyers
died today, half the world's problems would be gone tomorrow.
And then there are legal teachers that claim that
one lawyer in town will starve to death. But if there are two lawyers,
sooner or later they can own the whole town!
And another legal teacher has claimed that one
lawyer costs the ecnomony a million dollars a year per lawyer! ouch.
When lawyers can make their own laws that protect
the Law Society from law suits... how can the general public win over
time? The odds are against the profit of the general public.
And the bullies in all walks of life, unions
included, use the legal profession in addition to their physical
violence to achieve their ends.
And when you can not find the person or persons who
have committed crimes, look to the police as suspects?
And for you to steal or kill another is mostly
illegal. But nations to the same things in war. Is that logical?
Check out the RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE LAW
SOCIETY OF UPPER CANADA. Lawyers would prefer you not know about these
laws.
And the "Taxing Officer" can reduce the charges of a
lawyer.
And if you sue a lawyer, do not sue the firm, sue
the lawyer person to person!
An OPP officer told me that the Law Society is as
worthless as tits on a bull? He was a victim of lawyer injustice.
If you have read this far you know that I do not
have confidence in the justice under GOD in the legal systems of the
world.
There is a message for all of mankind from the
GUARDIANS who have the power to create and destroy star systems. They
are very powerful beings of light, and are not GOD. They have a message
for mankind:
LEARN TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER!
